I often combine my therapies with Kinesiology techniques, such as, trauma recall and the Emotional Stress Release (ESR) programme. Donna Eden's chakra healing is also a gentle way to release trauma. I have co-created Soma-Psych Alignment®, which allows the body to do the talking, so sessions can be content free.
I support clients with a lack of confidence, low self-esteem, imposter syndrome, and burnout. I also work with neurodivergent clients and provide targeted support to those who have received a diagnosis later in life.

Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is a brief therapy that uses simple eye movements and questioning techniques to change a specific thought pattern that may be challenging.
Moving our eyes in certain ways appears to link to the part of the brain that stores our memories, emotions and trauma. It can be particularly supportive in easing post traumatic stress.
IEMT techniques help create change by rapidly minimising unwanted feelings to help resolve issues. It can also show why unwanted behaviours may be repeated and how to deal with this without the need for digging up the past.
Unlike many therapeutic processes IEMT does not require you to disclose lots of details about your experience or give information about difficult events.
Metaphysical Anatomy Technique (MAT®) is a psychosomatic development technique based on releasing trauma. Physical pain is seen as a sign that trauma is still present in our body. This pain is trying to show us that there is something we still need to resolve.

When we experience trauma our bodies store this information. If we haven't physically worked through the trauma we may experience chronic pain, anxiety and depression. Our mind and body may be in a constant state of conflict as we continue to think of them as two separate entities. By encouraging you to connect deeply at a somatic level, you learn from your body, connect with and interpret the messages it holds.
Over the three sessions I encourage clients to connect with and release stored physical trauma in a compassionate way.

I wore a massive smile underneath my mask whilst out shopping and returned back to work the following week. It all feels in the very distant past now.
