Payment is required at time of booking.

A reminder is sent 72-hours in advance of your session to give you plenty of time to rearrange (if necessary). 48-hours notice is required ahead of a cancellation. This is to provide me with an opportunity to fill your session. Regrettably if you cancel or reschedule after this period the session will be considered fulfilled and you will not be refunded nor the session rolled over. 

If for any reason you choose to cancel your session within the cancellation period (plus 48-hours before the scheduled time) and decide not to rebook you will receive a refund minus the Stripe fee. This discretionary refund is valid for up to 30-days from original purchase.

Packages have specific expiration periods. It is your responsibility to book all sessions within this timeframe. Packages will not be extended and partial refunds will not be granted.
