The areas I typically work with include limiting beliefs, confidence, trauma, and challenging relationships. Digestion, IBS, and disordered eating. Also, easing autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, and menopause.
It is possible for change to take place in just one session although typically I recommend three to six sessions for lasting change. I offer wellbeing coaching to continue my support.

When we experience trauma our bodies store this information. If we haven't physically worked through the trauma we may experience chronic pain, anxiety and depression. Our mind and body may be in a constant state of conflict as we continue to think of them as two separate entities. By encouraging you to connect deeply at a somatic level, you learn from your body, connect with and interpret the messages it holds.
Over the three sessions I encourage clients to connect with and release stored physical trauma in a compassionate way.
